Junior High Camp
Dates: July 15-21, 2007
Camp Deans: Rev. Molly Vetter and Matt Parker
Theme: An Inconvenient Camp: You donít have to be standing next to a burning
bush to know you are on holy ground.
During camp, we will learn to recognize Godís presence in everything around us, and, we
hope, this will help us embrace the ìinconvenienceî of taking care of the holy ground we
walk on. And, of course, weíll enjoy the goodness of Godís world as we play at all your
favorite camp activities…

Senior High Camp
Dates: July 22-28, 2007
Deans: Rev. Jamie Dollins, Alisa Wells, & Scott Tarvin
Theologian: Rev. Mike Bankhead
Theme: “Get Healthy!” Our theme will revolve around getting healthy in our
relationship with God, with ourselves, with loved ones, and with all God’s crea-
tion! Through study, meditation techniques and also by having fun, we’ll allow God to
bring healing to the things in life which seem to be sick. So, we’ll dress up for the
fitness craze (don’t forget your wristbands!) and try to leave this world a healthier,
holier place.

Youth 2007

Youth 2007

Every four years the United Methodist church has a worldwide gathering of youth. In 2007 the event will move to Greensboro, NC. The dates are July 11-15, 2007. During the 5 days of music, praise, prayer, learning, and growth, participants will be challenged to go back into their communities ready to make a difference in God’s world and to live out their faith in ways they never thought possible.

I’m making some progress setting up the new youth site! I had tried to save the the old forums but they got hacked by some bozo, and I didn’t know enough about php databases to clean it up.
